He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Rouell and Edith Rouell (Harris); and his wife Pamela Diane Rouell. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (Bobby) of Stigler, Charley Rouell (Nikki) and Michael Rouell (Lisa Hamilton); his grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Jordan, Abigail, Cynthia, Nolan, Ethan, Taylor, Michael and Joshua; and his siblings, David Rouell of Checotah, OK. and Geneva Miller (Paul) of Sallisaw. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
