He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Sloan and Lucille Sloan (Bray); and his sister Ellen Ramona Sloan (Doodlebug). He is survived by: his children, Angie Parish (Charles) of Mabelvale Arkansas, Teressa Sloan of Stigler, Jack Sloan (Lesa) of Stigler and Rocky Sloan (Becky) of Keota; his grandchildren, Cheri Wilfong (Todd), Jay Matheson, Candace Ford, Cody Sloan (Jennifer), Ashly (Brittany Sloan), Daylon (Amancha Sloan), Tylor Sloan, Charity Thomas (Troy) and Heather Sloan; and his siblings, Johnny Sloan (Cotton) of Spiro, Helen Bailey of Wilburton and Marcella Sloan of North Dakota.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the King and Shearwood Funeral Home (808 E Main St, Stigler, OK 74462). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the R. E. Shearwood Memorial Chapel.
