He is survived by: his wife Kay Mayhall; his children, Carla Gilstrap of Eufaula, Pam English of Spiro, Becky Hamm (Martin) of Stigler, Angie Parish (Charles) of Little Rock, AR, Teresa Sloan of Stigler, Jack Sloan (Lesa) of Stigler and Rocky Sloan (Becky) of Keota; his sister Mary Cravin of Broken Bow; and his half-siblings, Lloyd Mayhall (June) of McCurtain, Dewayne Garcia of Kinta, Mable Lee (Jerry) of Keota and Anna James (Bobby) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
