He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Talley and Rachel Talley (Clump); and his wife Ruby Talley. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Sue Bowman of Texas City, Barbara Sepe (Bill) of Lake Havasu, Billy Ray Gassaway of Lexington and David Gassaway (Linda) of Stigler, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Christi Cervantes of Texas City, Eddie Croscio of Texas City, Jesse Flanagan of Texas City, Tammi Sepe of Chanted Oaks, Billy Sepe of Ontario, Bobby Sepe of Ontario, Wendy Sepe of Oklahoma City, Michael Sepe of Oklahoma City and Jon Fagan of Oklahoma; and his sister Sharon Caldwell of Cottonwood. He is also survived by Numerous great grandchildren.
