She was predeceased by: her mother Daisy Kinsey (Martin); her husband Vernon Bisby; her parent Rutherford Kinsey; and her siblings, Idell Dock, Lydia Finch, Thelma Perry, Betty Campbell, Lonnie Kinsey, Grady Kinsey, Elzie Kinsey, Raymond Kinsey and Jim Kinsey.
She is survived by: her son James Bisby (Frances) of Weatherford, TX.; her granddaughters, Teresa Sweatman (Tony), Wynona Kay Rangel and Amy Denise Bisby of Weatherford, TX.; and her great great grandchild Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
