He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Callie Sloan (Tylor) of Stigler and Oklahoma Estella Duke of Edmond; his siblings, Johnnie Duke of Warner, Oklahoma Wayne Duke of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Roscoe Duke of Warner, Fern Jones of Whitefield, Oklahoma Glenda Sue Doke of Truman and Arkansas Debbie Shooly of Warner; his grandchildren, Emeri Duke of Stigler, Oklahoma Kynli Sloan of Stigler, Oklahoma Treyston Sloan of Stigler, Ruby Duke of Muskogee, Oklahoma Reba Kirk of Muskogee and Oklahoma Numerous; his parents, Henry Duke and Estelle Duke; his grandson Aiden Duke; and his nephew Scotty Webster. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
