She is survived by: her husband Richard Shelton; her children, Kyle Shelton (Katie) of Muskogee and Kelsie Underhill (Devon) of Muskogee; her granddaughter Josephine Underhill; her parents, Lee Varnell and Joann Varnell; her sister Tanya Clouatre (Brad); her grandmother Betty French; her in-laws, Wes and Dusty Shelton; her siblings-in-law, Stanley Shelton (Cassie) of Stigler and Kendra Winkle of Broken Arrow; her uncle Steven Stranathan; and her stepbrother Marvin Varnell.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garrett Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service (311 SW 2nd St, Checotah, OK 74426). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Checotah (210 SW 2nd St, Checotah, OK 74426).
