Timothy Ray Poteete Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Ray Poteete of Sterling, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 13, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. Poteete and Erma Poteete; and his father-in-law Jack Moser. He is survived by: his son Timothy Ray Poteete; his wife Julie Poteete; his brother Troy Poteete (Liz) of Gore; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Moser of Cyril; his brother Trent; his sister-in-law Cindy Moser of Fletcher; his niece Toni Meier (Aaron); his nephew Jake Moser (Kanita) of Tuttle; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sydney Moser, Garrett Meier, Sloan Meier, Cameron Moser and Isaac Moser; and his uncles, Ken Poteete (Susan) and Herb Poteete (Ladema) of Webbers Falls. He is also survived by numerous cousins, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tim's name to the Fletcher Christian Church Children's Ministry or the Museum of the Great Plains (MPG) Tim Poteete Memorial Education Fund.
