He is survived by: his parents, Roy Harvey and Charlotte Harvey (Powell); his daughter Lydia Harvey; and his siblings, Frank Harvey (Jane), Glen Harvey (Margo), Ralph Harvey, Rick Harvey (Rose), Barbara Cook, Brenda Chipego, Charlotte Harvey and Linda Carr (Earl). He is also survived by 26 nieces and nephews; and 23 great nieces and nephews.
