He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Lee Howard. He is survived by: his children, Dawson Howard (Rita) of Jeffersonville, KY and Rosa Spencer (Johnny) of Jeffersonville, KY; and his siblings, Paul Howard of Magoffin County, KY, Geraldine Skaggs of Ashland, KY, Edith Williams of Jeffersonville, KY, Joyce Caudill of Mt and Margaret Arnett of Mt. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
