He is survived by: his mother Leona Lucille Hoover (Golden) of Sterling, OK; his wife Martha Hoover of Sterling, OK; his children, Brooke Purkey (James Purkey) of Edmond, OK and Blake Hoover (Jordan Spanhanks) of Sterling, OK; his father Douglas Hoover; his sister Shirley Batten (Stacey Batten) of Loris, SC; his sister-in-law Wanda Hoover of Stella, NC; his uncle Donald Golden of Sterling, OK; and his grandchildren, Seren Purkey and Rylan Purkey of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
