She is survived by: her children, Cherrie Lewis of Springer, OK and Stevie Chisum (Cindy) of Muskogee, OK; her brothers, Kenneth Bass (Cathlene) of Norman, OK and Clyde Cornwell (Sharon) of Duncan, OK; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Scott, Nicole, David, Chris, Trestin, Josh, Brian, Sabrina, Ryan, Hailey, Shalie, Kristen and Kaleb; and her great grandchildren, Adrian, Dominick, Dakota, Holli, Jackson, Alonnah, Nickolas, Bradley, Jason, Justin, Jaidyn, Jordan and Jacob.
