He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Lee Sides (Wixon) and William Thomas Jefferson Sides; his wife Debra Rose Sides; and his siblings, Joyce Garret, Francis Sides, Rebbeca Lynn Sides, Tom Sides and Richard Earl Sides.
He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Brown (Johnny), Nancy Vinsant (Mitchell), Cacy Dollar and Lacy Thompson; his sister Irma Sides; his grandchildren, Cody (Monica), Gabriel, Chance, Alexander, Reed, Dustin, Kadee, Darrin, Emily, Ty, Bryston and Rickie; his great grandchildren, Payton, Ember and Kashton; and his nephew Tom Sides (Denese). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
