He is survived by: his wife Glenda Crutchfield (Allen); his children, Dennis Crutchfield (Leslie) and Tonda Holmes (Gary); his grandchildren, Billy Holmes (Stephanie), Tara Crutchfield (Conner), Becky Bryan (Kyle) and Kyle Crutchfield; his great grandchildren, Mia Holmes, Rylee Holmes, Landon Bryan, Macy Bryan and Patrick McGuinness; and his sisters, Shelba McConnell, Barbara Fowler, Beverly Carey and Karla Dill (Sha). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
