He is survived by: his wife Joann Jones; his sons, Pat Swafford (Kristy) of Tecumseh and Bryan Swafford (Reva) of Pocola; his grandchildren, Jason Swafford, Luke Swafford, Katie Miller (Nathan), Rachel Thomas (Tyler), Ross Maxwell, Isabell Swafford and Bryson Swafford; and his great grandchildren, Vivian and Kolar Thomas.
