He is survived by: his wife Sandi Hollingsworth; his children, Kelli (Scott Nelmark), Chrystina Smart, Stephanie Walker and Tommy Hollingsworth; his grandchildren, Kati Nelmark, Stephanie Nelmark, Lily Walker, Isla Walker, Chloe Hale, Tabitha Hale, Adelyn Hollingsworth, Lucas Nelmark, Cade Hollingsworth and Shelby Hollingsworth; and his great grandchildren, Haedyn and Gabe. He is also survived by Several other relatives and friends.
