He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Don and Diane Jean Self (Plummer); his great-nephew Leonel Garcia; and his niece Casey Marie Self. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; and his siblings, Becky Buie, Vickie Ridenour of Spiro, OK, Kathy Fry (Greg) of Wister, OK, Kimberly Pate (Ira) of Ft. Smith, AR, Don of Spiro, OK, Kelly of Spiro, OK and Jimmy Self of Spiro, OK. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
