She was predeceased by: her parents, Melton Sampley and Imogene Sampley; and her brothers, Danny Sampley, Rex Sampley, Eddie Sampley, Melton Sampley and Charles Sampley.
She is survived by: her husband William Jackson; her son Michael Jackson; her grandchildren, Ashtan Jackson and Nicholas Jackson; and her siblings, Cassie Woods (Jimmy), Joe Sampley and Sherman Ray Sampley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
