He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Roy James; his wife Shirley Lowe; his children, Roy Lowe (Stephanie), Serena Swires (Vernon) and Laura Floyd (David); his grandchildren, Roy "Trae" Lowe III, Cassie Toner, Tanya Fleming, Hayley Swires, Heather Friend, Ashley Floyd, Amber Floyd and Dylan Floyd; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Cameron, Maddilynn, Kaden, Ethan, Parker, Aubrey, Bently and Dixie; and his sisters, Margie Poole, Nellie Ryder, Betty Warnock and Icie Turner. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
