He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Harper, Sr. and Ona Bell Harper (Shehorn); his son Allen Harper; his siblings, Francis Mathis, Dorothy Lovell, Shirley Collins, Carol Evans, David Harper, Billy Harper and Elmer J. Harper; and his nephews, Tyler Evans, Ronnie Lovell, Brett Collins and Anthony Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Brandy Harper and Bradley Harper; his grandchildren, Brylyn, Trenton, Easton, Maci, Caitlynn and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Zoei and Kallen; and his brothers, Fred Harper, Jr. and Jerry Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
