He is survived by: his father Paul Smith (Michele); his wife Trudy Smith; his children, Rickey Smith Jr. and Samantha Smith; his stepson Maxwell Ashley; his grandchildren, Rickey Smith, Xaina Lewallen, Kenny Lewallen, Emmy Townsend and Abby Ashley; his siblings, Kenny Smith (Marian) and Tammy Smith; his nephew Shaun; and also Sabrina.
