He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Opal (King) and Campbell Phillip Perry; and his siblings, Harold, Betty, Edna, Davey Jean, Belvin and Bolin.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Perry; his children, Joye Jones, Richard B. Tackett, Robin Lanham (Allan), Cody Tackett (Denise), Joel Perry (Madeleine), Michael Perry (Dwanna), David Perry and Stephen Perry (Debbie); and his brother Joe Perry (Pam). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren.
