He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Gladys Foster (DeVore) and Walter Branch Foster; and his siblings, Leslie James Foster, James Walter Foster, Joe David Foster and Edith Ann Foster.
He is survived by: his sister Ruby Peoples (Robert); and his sisters-in-law, Violet Foster and Marcheta Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
