He is survived by: his wife Freddie Ann Minner; his children, Tavis Minner of Kansas City, MO and Amanda Minner of Spiro, OK; his grandchildren, Jayquan and Charisma; and his siblings, Van Minner (Louella) of Topeka, KS, Bill Minner (Janet) of Topeka, KS, Boyd Minner, Jr. of Spiro, OK, David Minner of Spiro, OK, Marvalene Minner of Spiro, OK, Rita Minner of Topeka, KS and Cynthia Minner of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by many relatives, lifelong friends.
