He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Jo Kowalski (Restine) and Leonard Paul Kowalski; and his son William Charles Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Libby Kowalski (Still); his children, Stacey Bulland (Kunal), Shandle Stavitsky (Philip), Sherry Suratt, Shirley Cox (Kevin Lappold) and Westley Osborne (Shanna); and his siblings, Gina Flannery, David Griner, Darrell Griner (Jane) and Leonard Kowalski (Audrey). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
