She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Lowe (Shindler) and William Lowe Sr.; and her brother William Lowe Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Swiney; her children, Troy Stocker and Stacey Oglesby (Richard); and her sister Lorri Sue Peterson.
