He is survived by: his mother Tabitha Lee Payton (Green); his stepfather Adam Birchfield of Spiro, OK.; his siblings, Alexander Payton (Elizabeth Amos), Christopher Payton, Tyler Dry, James Dial, Jason Birchfield (Cherokee) of Spiro, OK. and Brittany Payton (Alexis Haynes) of Fort Smith, AR.; his grandparents, Billy Green, Sr. of Stigler, OK. and Patricia Clinton of Mississippi; his uncles, Joseph Green (Tina), Rocky Green, Billy Green, Jr., Fort Smith and Gary Payton of Stigler, OK.; his aunt Carolyn Oetting of Stigler, OK; his nephews, Jaxson Payton and Owen Birchfield; and his niece Zaylee Payton.
