She is survived by: her parents, Lisa Deshazo and Jimmy Hammontree (Beverly); her children, Alyssa Saulsberry (Rylan Cooper), Shawn Hogan and Keegan Ballard; her brothers, Michael Aary (Allie) and Elliott West; her grandparents, Rick and Charlene Deshazo; her parents-in-law, Gina and Glenn Ballard; and her grandmother Carolene Underwood. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
