He was predeceased by: his parents, Idell Casey (Swafford) and Harvey Casey; his sister Wanda Chastain; his nephew Rick McIntosh; and his great-nephew Tim Rose.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Richard McIntosh; his nephews, Bob Bennett (Vicki), Steve Rose (Nancy) and David McIntosh (Cindi); and his niece Lori McIntosh Pistey (Wayne). He is also survived by 18 great nieces and nephews, 9 great-great nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and friends.
