He was predeceased by: his parents, Artess Underwood and Evelin Underwood (Ray); his son Jason Underwood; and his siblings, Betty Allbritton, Marion Wright, Bonnie Pendleton, Charles, Howard and Joe Underwood.
He is survived by: his children, Mechelle Boyce of Van Buren and Justin Underwood of Fort Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family friends.
Per ADH guidelines, attendees are asked to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
