He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma White (Weesner) and Herbert Victor Neve, Sr.; and his siblings, Dorthy Holder and Jim White. He is survived by: his wife Norma Neve (Moreton); his children, Vickie Cox (David), Susan Mackey (Tim) and Ron Neve (Beverly); his grandchildren, Rebecca Henson, Amanda Byrd, Andrew Mackey, Felicia Cox, Andrew Maimer, James Cohee, Sean Cox and Taylor Holbrook; and his siblings, Margaret Winebrenner, Pam Cervi, Phyllis Culver, Carroll White and Tom White. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
