She is survived by: her husbands, Faith Temple Church of God and Henry Choate of Spiro; her children, Felicia Lynn Phillips (Malcolm McFerren) of Spiro, James Allen Phillips of Spiro, Jovan Carzette Choate (Brandy) of Fort Smith and Cody Wayne Choate (Jennifer) of Fort Worth; her siblings, Freda Mae Clayton of Spiro, Norma Jean Reed (Robert) of Spiro and William B. Phillips (Cynthia) of Spiro; her grandchildren, Laneise Phillips, Damon Henderson, Blake Scott (Lil Kat), Kathelean Scott and Kane Bassham; and her great grandchildren, Darrius Phillips, Dredon Phillips, Dezmariah Phillips and Camden Ayers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
