He is survived by: his daughter Amy Schaffer; his grandchildren, Gabriella, Matthew and Nathan; his sister Gina Flannery; his sister-in-law Libby Kowalski; and his brothers, Darrell Griner and Leonard Kowalski (Audrey). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
