He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Clark and Alice Clark (Mathis); and his siblings, Kenneth Clark and Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Valeria Jo Clark; his sons, Mike Clark of Spiro and Oklahoma Mark Clark of Spiro; his siblings, Wanda Davis (Wayne) of Spiro, Bill Clark (Mary) of Spiro, Elbert "Junior" Clark of Medicine Bow and Randy G. Clark (Sherry) of Brushy; his grandchildren, Jeff Clark (Dana) of Van Buren and Michelle Graham of Van Buren; and his great grandchild Caroline Grace Clark of Van Buren.
