It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brett Collins (Spiro, Oklahoma), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on January 6, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ann Collins (Harper) and Cleo Collins. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Collins; his sons, Arron Brett Collins (Haley), Garrett Jeremiah Collins and Austin Isaiah Collins; his grandchildren, Jaylah Hope Allen Collins and Brett Lee Ryder Collins; and his siblings, Trinka Blankenship, Pam Hayes, Anthony Collins and Mike Hayes (Lisa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives.
