He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin John Fisk and Getie Fisk; his former wife Janice Fisk; and his siblings, Ruby Payne, Gail Mayhall, Sandy Pemberton, Derrell, Carl, Gary, Keith, Timmy and Jim Fisk.
He is survived by: his wife Trena Simmons Fisk; his daughters, Kerrie Fisk, Angel Fisk and Tammy Forbush; his stepsons, Jeff Armstrong and Travis Armstrong; his grandchild Tanea Forbush; and his siblings, Carol Ary, Sue Mayhall and Don Fisk. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, friends.
