He is survived by: his former wife Gwendolyn Phillips; his wife Gwendolyn Gaddy; his sons, Richard Lee Gaddy of Palm Springs and Bradley Allen Gaddy of Skiatook; and his brother Donald Gaddy. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
