He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Hayes; his wife Wanda Hayes; his daughters, Amy Rice (Seth), April Golightly (Todd) and Victoria Hunn (James); his grandchildren, Abagail Golightly, David Golightly, Aspyn Buchanan, Trinidy Rice and Dalton Hunn; and his siblings, David Hayes (Barbara), Roger Hayes (Kathy) and Kathy Parsons (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
