It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorie Ann Starks of Sperry, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avil Carter and Diana Carter (Fazzini); and her siblings, Bradley Wickware, Chuck Roberts, Billy Carter and Sharon Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Kelvin Starks; her children, Brian Minton (Christie), Zachary Starks (Makayla Wilburn), Kelvin Lee Starks Jr. (Ruby) and Andrea Johnson (Jeremiah Johnson); and her siblings, Linda Reynolds, David Bowman and Avil Carter Jr.. She is also survived by grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
