He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Geraldine Faulkenberry (Stewart) and Elmer Faulkenberry. He is survived by: his wife Doris Faulkenberry of Sperry; his children, Pat Faulkenberry of Noble and Lynn Collier of Skiatook; his granddaughter Sara Collier-Atkins, MD (Charles); his great grandchildren, Eli Boyce and Raelee Dru; his siblings, Tom Faulkenberry, Dave Faulkenberry (Francie) and Susie Fagan (Bill); and his brother-in-law Glen Lazalier (Jessie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and many other relatives, friends.
