She was predeceased by: her parents, William Benjamin Carter and Betty Jane Steinmetz Carter; her husbands, Joe Davis and Charles Miller; her son Randy Haines; and her sister Karen O'Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Amy West (Derrill), Jon Anderson (Lisa) and Telitha Khalil; her grandchildren, Jamy Ward (Brittany), Veronica Bennett (Jeffery II), Caleb West (Stevie Cochran), Randi Dinsmore and Gabrielle West (Mitch Bennett); her great grandchildren, Alexis Bragg (William), Aliyah Kaddoura, Aubrie Rendon, Jeffery Bennett III, Adon Bennett, Ezekiel Bennett, Draven West, Mason Bennett and Ronin Bennett; and her great great grandchild Elias Aguilar.
