Scott (Tammy); his grandchildren, Tobi Smith (Bryce), Rachel E. Ruiz, Carly Ruiz (Quinton Hicks), Cassie Quinton (Sean) and Codi Smith (Cory); his great grandchildren, Hunter Smith and Mayzie Smith; and his siblings, Gary R. Scott and Nikki Emmert (Richard). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
