“Frank was a great man. I will always remember him walking into the barn while me, Kendall and Doug were up to no good and making sure we put his tools back up. I always envied Doug and Kendall for their grandpa. How lucky was Kendall, Jo Bob and Jill to grow up in his backyard. My thoughts and prayers for the the entire family, I know this will be a tough time but he is now in heaven with his wonderful wife, Aunt Elouise and Ponosh too. David Riggs”
