He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Moser and Annie Jones Moser; his brothers, William and James Earl; and his sister-in-law Jeannie.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his brother Clyde Moser (Etta) of Sebastopol, TX; and his children, Cyndi Tlougan (Chris), Kim Harris (Raymond), Scott Haines, Mark Haines (Lourdes) and Galen Haines (Michelle). He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
