He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom L. Allen and Mary Elizabeth Crabtree (Seabolt); his son James Crabtree; and his brother Floyd Allen Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Jo Crabtree; his stepchildren, Will McClung and Shannon Ratzlaff (McClung); his grandchildren, Madilynn Rigney, Cagan Ratzlaff, Cooper Ratzlaff and Izabella Ann McClung; his great grandchild Lisa Sage; and his siblings, Ernest Dean Crabtree of Ramona and Rosella Ruth Kincaide of Ramona. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
