She is survived by: her mother Betty Louise Bales (Farmer); her husband James David Wade; her children, Daniel James Wade, Jaqueline Louise Wheeler, Anthony Edward Wade and Jordan Andrew Wheeler; and her siblings, Dewayne Bales and Julie Moss. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
