She was predeceased by: her brother Kirk Lewis of Pawnee, OK.. She is survived by: her husband Gene; her child Forrest E. Simpson Jr.; her wife Becky of Sperry; her grandchildren, Kate McDaniel, Luke Simpson, Jake Simpson and Joe Whitleley; her great grandchildren, Evelyn McDaniel and Beckett McDaniel; and also, Jeff Simpson of Austin and Kelley Whiteley (Tim) of Sperry.
