She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvil Stephens and Hazel Stephens (Doyel); her husband Jay Mallernee; and her sister Maxine Cline. She is survived by: her significant other Morkie; her aunts, Catherine, Sis and Mom; her daughters, Sherry Mallernee of Skiatook and Beth Shockley (Terry) of Buffalo, KS; and her siblings, Jerald Stephens of Wichita, KS, Norma Reich of Portland, OR and Naomi Gray of Mansfield. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
