He is survived by: his daughter Judy Lockhart of Skiatook; his grandchildren, Deidra Carlile (Sammy) of Skiatook, Jack Collins (Denise) of Bixby and Ian Collins of Tulsa; and also Leonard Collins of Cassville, Missouri.. He is also survived by three great-grandsons.
