It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bernard (Sperry, Oklahoma), born in Cushing, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 6, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Bernard; her daughter Linda McCarty; and her siblings, John Wood, Bobby Wood, Mickey Wood, Joe D. Wood and Ruby Whitaker.
She is survived by: her children, James Bernard (JoAnn) of Cushing, Johnny Bernard (Susanne) of Choctaw and Marie Mullins (Terry) of Sapulpa; her siblings, Tommy Wood (Laura) of Irving, TX., James Wood of Tennessee and Leota McPherson of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Crissy Farmer (David), Shaun Morris (Misty), Jacob Mullins and Dereck Bernard (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Destiny Morris, Kaylee Morris, Logan Morris, Alexis Mullins, Isaac Mullins, Maddy Bernard, Audry Bernard and Addie Pamperl.
